Sample costs, and proofs before production costs:

Ted is happy to provide clients and prospects, with random samples before an order is placed and printed samples after an order is placed so that buyers can determine weather the product they are interested in is of good quality and if their custom imprint meets up to their expectations. There are always costs associated with samples and Ted absorbs these costs when ever possible. However when this is not possible Ted will always let the client know about all costs associated with samples and let the buyer make the decision as to how to proceed. See the PayPal form at the bottom of this page to pay for or order samples from TPW.

Basic sample guidelines are:

Random samples: Samples under $10 including shipping ground will be provided to the client FREE. Samples costing between $10.00 - $50.00 will be negotiated between Ted and the client. Samples costing over $50.00 client must charged to the clients credit card. In certain cases if samples are returned before 30 days or an order is placed every effort will be made to give the client full or partial credit. Each situation is unique and there are many factors that influence where and how much credit Ted can absorb.

All samples are shipped ground at Ted's expense. If a client wishes to get samples via overnight or express delivery they must provide their own shipper account number for Ted to ship samples in a priority service.
